Ulfit delivers focused ultrasound energy to the same foundational layer surgeons address during cosmetic surgery, the SMAS layer, bypassing the surface of the skin entirely to deliver energy at the optimal depth. It uniquely combines Micro-Focused Ultrasound, which targets the upper layers to stimulate collagen and tighten the surface, with Macro-Focused Circular Ultrasound, which reaches the deeper layers where fat resides, melting unwanted fat while preventing sagging. Think of it as a facelift, without the surgery.

Ulfit is engineered for comfort. Most clients feel a warm, prickling or slight tingling sensation as the energy is delivered, and it's well tolerated by most people without the need for numbing cream.
Sessions are quick. Facial treatments generally take about 30 to 40 minutes, and body contouring around 30 minutes, easy to fit into a lunch break.
None. You can return to work and your normal routine immediately. You may notice minor redness, slight swelling or tingling, which usually settles within a few hours to a day.
For the face, some immediate tightening is felt, with full results developing over 4 to 12 weeks as collagen rebuilds and continuing to improve for up to 12 months. For the body, noticeable slimming and tightening typically develops over 8 to 12 weeks.
Facial lifting and tightening generally lasts 12 to 18 months, depending on age, lifestyle and skincare. Body contouring results are long-lasting.
Yes, but timing matters. We generally recommend leaving a 4 to 6 week gap between injectables and your Ulfit session, and if you're having both, the HIFU is usually done first.
